wow... i have been advocating the Guaranteed Minimum Income, aka the Guaranteed Annual Income, for close to two decades, now, finally there is a glimmer of hope.

First, a Conservative Minister Hugh Segal*1, i sent his office a copy of Leisure IN CANADA Summary of the Montmorency Conference on Leisure in Montmorency, Quebec 1969*2, now a Liberal Minister of Families, Children, and Social Development is talking about it! This looks good.

About time and deservingly so. It is criminal negligence at best or the crime against humanity at worst for one of the wealthiest democratic economies in the world to maintain the kind of extreme poverty that is tolerated and systemized by the so-called government, which is either really dumb, or pretending to play stupid while it is corrupt to the bone and utterly pure evil, intentionally oblivious to its legal and moral responsibilities and duties to the public interests and civic membership, not only under the charter rights, but also within larger scope of the UN Human Rights, and more importantly, the natural universal inalienable rights of the human being. Shame indeed, it is simply unacceptable from any ethically sound and spiritually healthy perspective.*1

Since the income is derived from what God set to provide for the body to be free to live, to prosper, and build community, in the gardens of the world made for home of sensual souls, with sensuous type, along with many other different kinds of life, therefore it must come forth for the governments of Earth to enforce the UN Law (Article 25, UN Universal Declaration Of Human Rights) with the Guaranteed Minimum Income for all.

(1) Everyone has the right to a standard of living adequate for the health and well-being of himself and of his family, including food, clothing, housing and medical care and necessary social services, and the right to security in the event of unemployment, sickness, disability, widowhood, old age or other lack of livelihood in circumstances beyond his control.

btw, the Guaranteed Minimum Income is not negotiable, it must be implemented world-wide before i leave this plane of existence or there will be hell to pay by all souls responsible for depriving the God of Hosts of its share. first the government collects the sales tax then it spends money to return it to the poor, how much does that costs?! Not only that, the tax return gone to hell, it is laughable now and makes not much difference anymore as it became small in amounts and spread out throughout the year like a thin layer of margarine pretending to be the butter. i remember looking forward to doing my taxes knowing that i would get a chunk lump sum back, which i could us, usually, to pay my debts, nowadays, it's peanuts yet the paperwork remains the same stupid tedious process, which i started to do myself since to pay for it makes no sense anymore, since the return is small as is. Why did the so-called government, aka the terrorists of the poor and disenfranchised, had to screw with our tax returns is beyond my comprehension. God be the judge of their souls, and i know full well that they will pay for everything that they have done against the oppressed masses, the working poor, the weak and sick, the unemployed, the homeless, and they will personally answer for their crimes, including economic crimes and terrors, against humanity. I know that you live on the plane called Earth and i know that you will answer for every decision you have made in your lifetimes, specially while being in the position of power and public trust. I know that you have no balls to face the greedy bankers and God is the witness of your shortcomings, lack of integrity, and overall obnoxious spiritual decay which stinks to high heavens. Stop harassing the poor people on OW with stupid monthly audits of their incomes which place payments on hold if the paperwork is not submitted on time, even when there is no bloody change of income and hasn't been for years, or when it gets lost in the mail, then all hell breaks lose to sort this out and it can take up to half a month, while landlords are yelling and going mental. STOP THIS BULLYING OF POOR PEOPLE IMMEDIATELY!
everyone else get audited once a year and the poorest people get audited every month! that's not right.
I AM WATCHING YOU along with the rest of the universe. Stop playing stupid or else you will get stuck being one for eternity. You've been warned.

the NDP is suppose to promote the guaranteed minimum income to all surviving at and below the poverty rate, the voting reform with the ranked ballot and proportional representation, increase in minimum wages, the infrastructure investments and the transportation of our major cities, nationalizing the vehicle and other insurance, stopping fake disability claims of the former city staff, protecting the pensions from the mutual funds fraud, removing the unfair service charges of the banks, and keeping cap on the credit card interest rates, and the collection agencies criminal extortion practices, also reducing health care costs by controlling drug prices, stopping purchasing of the fraudulent vaccines, and ending the prohibition of cannabis and the industrial hemp, not to forget auditing the military procurements, freezing the police and the government bureaucrats' salaries, abolishing useless Senate, to name a few.

This is economic discrimination. Enough is enough! Canada must implement the Guaranteed Minimum Income, and start treating its citizen base as shareholders whose GDP dividend should be enough to comply with the UN Universal Declaration Of Human Rights, specifically Article 25, which states: 

"(1) Everyone has the right to a standard of living adequate for the health and well-being of himself and of his family, including food, clothing, housing and medical care and necessary social services, and the right to security in the event of unemployment, sickness, disability, widowhood, old age or other lack of livelihood in circumstances beyond his control."

In increasingly automated and mechanized economy based on the criminal negligence and exploitation of the natural and human rights and resources by a small group of elites who control most of the world's corporations, governments, and banks, the wealth distribution is skewed toward making rich richer and the poor poorer, with the middle class now stretched to its limits starting to disappear, into oblivion, joining the masses of the working poor, unemployed, and bankrupt.

So, what do we do with the Saskatchewan deporting its homeless to other provinces with one way ticket? First, it's immoral and against the natural universal inalienable rights, second, it is against the UN Universal Declaration of Human Rights (Article 25), third, it is against the charter rights. This is not Canadian attitude. The evil assholes lost their consciousness and soul. In such case, the Saskatchewan should get one way ticket out of Canada. So long and thanks for all the homeless.

i am for the universal guaranteed minimum income paid to the shareholders of the economies, in the national/regional corporations case such shareholders are defined by the citizen base, a portion of GDP as agreed by the corporate/business laws and rights of the shareholders, national charter/civil rights and responsibilities of the citizens and the public office holders...

*phew* then too,, the international human rights (UN Universal Declaration Of Human Rights, Article 25) that were proclaimed after the WWII hell, and of course the basic common sense to respect people's God given universal inalienable freedom and right for their fair share on God's earth and what's one's own personal stake and share, thus people can decide what they have to do or not, share or not, on their own accord  with what they can afford without being forced to act by being robbed. 

The whole premise that the human being in this world, and a citizen of a nation on top, represents no wealth enough for one to survive and sustain the necessary for life basic needs, is flawed by the definition of it, and lame, thus, it is with the great suspicion any such claim of the inherent membership poverty based economic model will end up in ruins due to being all rotten. 

The success of society, community, as is family, and/or friendship, is how its most vulnerable members are represented. If it is easy to cheat and sin does not mean that one should or will in order to win or to redeem, hence the free will.

How about implementing the Universal Guaranteed Minimum Income in all of Canada, within all three levels of government; municipal, provincial, and federal, since because they are incorporated, the citizens therefore are the actual shareholders of their respective jurisdictions, which would not only comply with the basic common sense of sharing the common resources and the environment, but too done in requirement to satisfy the basic tenets of what the corporate shareholder rights is all about, along with the national civil/charter rights, where citizens elect the CEO and BOD of the country who suppose to control the private interest and industries to serve the public interest and safety, and last but not least, the UN Universal Declaration of Human Rights, article 25. Meanwhile the governments are spending twenty billion to distribute another twenty billion. That is the definition of crazy: penny wise but pound foolish.
