the human rights are dealing with the basic functions of life, the universal inalienable rights, that is what the UN Universal Declaration Of Human Rights is all about -- protecting/representing the inherent freedoms, such as to be, to breathe, to maintain the vital *needs* (needs = governments, the organization of personal and collective affairs, with a clear thinking head and a wise council, mainly dealing with the critical survival needs, security, infrastructure, priorities, efficiency, and equal representation, hence the communist ideology applies here, aka "everybody according to their needs," which is not the same as the issued by the authority *liberty* to exercise a certain right, to apply for a tax return for example, which is a civil right of a citizen, or a *desire* to have something non-essential, which is addressed by the free market economy of supply and demand, in principle, hence the capitalist ideology is the result of such focus, and shareholder's rights. The society should not waste its time catering to the expectations of the insane, crazy, and stupid persons, beyond the institutionalized means of neutralizing their negative effects in the social fabric and curing their ignorance. I sure care not what political opinions they may offer, although i respect their human rights and expect it properly represented and protected by their respective governments, since, by definition, the crazy stupid people are incapable of doing it themselves for themselves, properly, never mind expecting them to think about the well being of others, society, humanity, and the environment. so, to summarize, there are natural universal inalienable rights which are reflected by the UN Human Rights, then there are Civil Rights of citizens in their countries / jurisdictions, and then there are private ownership rights of shareholders, property / equity / commodity / rights owners, which is based on the commerce, tradition, the maritime law, Universal Commerce Code (UCC), etc.
