"MONEY -- Humans are the only species that pay to live on the Earth." in a healthy family, human community, it is wrong to force each other to pay for a place to call home, such is the unity, sharing the common needs, as is the fun with friends it yields. it contradicts the basic facts, ethics, morals, pure logic, the universal inalienable and UN human rights, article 25 to be precise, and is pure evil in disguise of a simple greedy want of monetary value to derive out of the collective paradise. the private business is catering to the different individual wants, however it must not interfere with the social efforts to share the common lot of resources to provide for the basic social requirements, such as the critical infrastructure, in order to effectively provide for the common denominator human needs, which includes adequate for human dignity and well being housing. that's the UN human rights again. As it was said before, as above so is below. the success of society is measured in how it provides for its most vulnerable members. However, the success of the individual, on the other hand, is measured by how one takes care of one's needs and wants, i.e. executing correctly the set tasks in proper priorities. "Article 25. (1) Everyone has the right to a standard of living adequate for the health and well-being of himself and of his family, including food, clothing, housing and medical care and necessary social services, and the right to security in the event of unemployment, sickness, disability, widowhood, old age or other lack of livelihood in circumstances beyond his control." http://www.un.org/en/documents/udhr/
