It is a narrow sighted blame game. it is a handy work of the world-wide corporate secret society network which is not only hundreds of years old, thousands in case of the various secret sects, but includes world's most powerful and wealthiest people of the ruling dynasties, who are already in control of everything and only act to farther consolidate and maintain their power grip while following their private groups different agendas, planning events, wars, revolutions, industrialization, incorporation, establishment and maintenance of sociopolitical, economic, and religious means of population control. 

No one nation or people are responsible for this and the crimes committed by the rich and powerful criminals, whomsoever commits a crime is personally responsible for it, from black and white obvious moral/ethical contradictions to many shades of grey, all are responsible for their actions, mistakes, and crimes. Just because a criminal happened to belong to a particular nationality, religion, locations, or ethnicity does not make the others guilty. Every family may have a black sheep, so-to-speak, and every country and culture has its own. That is common sense. By singling out an escape goat does not solve the criminal problem nor helps to determine the truth.
