[Eating] There are many bodies we have: Physical (earth), Mental (water), Spiritual (air/space), Emotional (fire/time), Ethereal (cosmic micro/macro) to name a few. Metaphysical categorizations and definitions describe real phenomenon nevertheless and are used as maps for self guidance through life's trails, trials, and terrains. The physical body has three main parts as well: the strength, the function, the taste. The strength part is associated with the morning hours and the breakfast. People of predominant strength body would eat their power breakfast to charge up for the day giving themselves enough energy to burn while exerting force. The function body is associated with the mid day and lunch. People of this predominant energy do much mental work and less physical activity, such as office or administrative jobs, drivers, artists etc, thus they would consume what they need, no more no less, take their vitamins, high nutritional value energy boosts to keep them going while without their mass growing. The third kind of the body we all got is the one that likes to eat for the taste of it. Hmm, Yum Yum! :) That's a very popular body type associated with the dinner. Here we eat for the pleasure of eating. It is in the evening, aside form some night owls, most people are getting ready to sleep, no need to stuff yourself in the anticipation of anything but rest and sleep. The dinner proper is to entertain sense of taste and pleasure, it is also represented by the snack-times throughout the day and even night. As the old Russian proverb teaches, breakfast eat yourself, lunch split it with your friend, dinner give it to your enemy. A bit extreme, however the sentiment is correct.
